Common questions
How long until my first booking?
Most clients have their first interview scheduled within the first month. Outreach starts the week after your positioning call, and hosts typically book two to six weeks out, so the recording date is usually later than the booking date.
What do you need from me?
One 45-minute positioning call at the start, then roughly an hour per interview. We write the pitches, run the follow-up, handle the scheduling, and send you prep notes before each recording.
Do I get to approve the shows before you pitch them?
Yes. After the positioning call we share the target list, and nothing gets pitched that you have not signed off on. You can add shows you already want to be on.
What happens if you do not get me a placement?
We keep working for free until we do. The guarantee is one interview per month minimum.
What counts as a placement?
A confirmed, scheduled recording with a show from your approved target list. Not a pitch sent, not a reply received.
Can you repurpose the interviews for me?
We send you guides and talk tracks for turning each appearance into clips, posts and follow-up assets. The production itself is not part of the $499 plan.
