What we collect

When you submit the booking form we collect the name, email address, company and topic description you enter. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Our free tools, the pitch generator and the one-sheet builder, run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our content platform (Sanity) and in the email systems we use to correspond with you. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs including IP address and user agent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as we have a commercial relationship, and for the period afterwards required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@convokast.com and we will action it within 30 days.
