The service

Convokast provides podcast guest booking: positioning, target-list building, outreach and pitching, follow-up, scheduling, and pre-interview preparation materials. Audio and video production, clip editing and paid promotion are not included.

Fees and term

The service is $499 per month, billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term and no setup fee. Either party may end the engagement with notice before the next billing date. Interviews already confirmed at the point of cancellation remain scheduled.

The placement guarantee

We commit to a minimum of one confirmed interview per calendar month. A placement means a scheduled recording with a show from the target list you have approved. It does not mean a pitch sent or a reply received.

If a month passes without a confirmed placement, we continue working at no additional charge until one is secured. The guarantee assumes you have approved a workable target list and have made reasonable availability for recordings. It does not apply where a target list has not been approved, or where offered recording slots are repeatedly declined.

Your responsibilities

You attend the positioning call, approve the target list, provide accurate information about yourself and your business, and attend confirmed recordings. Claims you ask us to make on your behalf in pitches must be true.

What we do not control

We do not control whether a host publishes an episode, when they publish it, how they edit it, or what audience it reaches. We do not guarantee any business outcome, lead volume, or download figure resulting from an appearance.

The free tools on this site are provided as-is for your own use. The podcast directory is compiled from publicly available sources and is provided for information only; we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and a show appearing in it is not an indication that it has agreed to anything.

Intellectual property

Content on this website belongs to Convokast. Materials we produce for you as part of the service, including your positioning document, pitches and one-sheet, are yours to use.
